The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Meenapur P.S. Case No. 149 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 147/ 149/ 341/ 323/ 324/ 325/ 307/ 354(A)/379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the accused persons having assaulted the informant and his family members. As far as the petitioner is concerned, there is allegation of assaulting the mother of the informant by a rod, causing injury to her. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the entire case diary, there is no injury report to the effect that any serious injury has been inflicted upon the mother of the informant and if there is any indication about any injury, the

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Meenapur P.S. Case No. 149 of 2019.
