ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 4/ 07-10-2015 In the nature of dispute between the parties, the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre, but Opposite Party No.2 did not appear there. Considering the merits of the case, provisional bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 27.05.2015 and subsequently modified by order dated 18.08.2015 in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No.41 of 2014 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, is hereby confirmed on the same terms.

From now the Petitioner shall pay a sum of `1,500/- (One thousand five hundred) in place of `750/- (seven hundred fifty).
