The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case no. 169 of 2017, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 307, 100, 332 and 333 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. On the basis of written report of informant Rajesh Ranjan, Officerin-Charge, Lakhisarai, Sikandra P.S. Case No. 169 of 2017, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 307, 100, 332 and 333 of the Indian Penal Code against 7-8 unknown miscreants. In course of investigation one Gorelal Mahto was apprehended by the Police in connection with Halsi
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47176 of 2019(2) dt.30-07-2019 2/2 P.S. Case No. 105 of 2017, who confessed his guilt and he also disclosed the name of petitioner and Chandra Shekhar Sah and some others. Further submission is that Chandra Shekhar Sah @ Shandra Shekhar Kumar has already been granted privilege of pre-arrest bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 13.07.2018 vide Criminal Miscellaneous No. 40869 of 2018. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamui in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 169 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438
(2) of the Cr.P.C.
