JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 19-01-2024 Having regard to Annexure- '1' to the show cause which says that the claim of the petitioner has been repudiated, this Court is of the considered opinion that this contempt proceeding cannot go on. It is dropped but with liberty to the petitioner to apply for appropriate remedy against the repudiation of the claim.
