2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Tatarpur P.S. Case No. 286 of 2023 instituted under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code; Section 8 of the POCSO Act and Sections 3(i)(r)(s) of the SC/ST Act.
3. Though the allegation against the petitioner is that he had tried to molest the victim girl but during investigation, it has come that the informant is an Advocate and a quarrelsome lady, who is fighting with her neighbour and people of her locality and the charge-sheet has been directed to
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48106 of 2025(4) dt.24-02-2026 2/2 be submitted under Sections 379 and 337 of the Indian Penal Code.
4. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge (POCSO)-cum-VIIth District and Additional Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur/ concerned Court in connection with Tatarpur P.S. Case No. 286 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 of the BNSS/ 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
