1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of appropriate Writ/Writs, Orders/Order for commanding the respondents authorities to pay the arrears of differences of salary as per 5th pay revision since 1.4.1997 till 31.10.2004 with interest, ratio decided by the municipal corporation and monetary benefit of A.C.P, dearness allowances since 1993 to 16.3.2006 and compound interest on provident fund amount and others amount which are payble in accordance with law to the petitioner who is son of deceased employee namely late Bhola

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
