2. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Laheriyasarai P.S. Case No. 650 of 2022 registered under Section 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case is registered against unknown for stealing motorcycle. There is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 23.11.2022. The petitioner has four antecedents

4. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on completing fifteen months in custody and on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JMFC, Darbhanga in connection with Laheriyasarai P.S. Case No. 650 of 2022.

7. The petitioner will visit Bahadurpur Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station could be result in cancellation of the bail bond of the petitioner.
