The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Runni Saidpur P.S. Case No.323 of 2009, registered for the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Having regard to the fact that the case has been registered for the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, but the charge-sheet has been submitted under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10, 000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount
