This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 302 and 120B/34 of the Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

There is specific allegation that the four persons, including this petitioner, indiscriminately fired causing three shot injuries to the son of the informant.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The prayer for bail is rejected.
