JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-02-2016 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 if the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of robbing the motorcycle and ATM of the informant leading to registration of the F.I.R against unknown. The name of the petitioner sprang up on confession of the co-accused.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that except confession there is nothing against the petitioner.
A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4925 of 2016 (2) dt.05-02-2016 2/2 Jhanjharpur P.S. Case No. 87 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani.
With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
