Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No.76 of 2017, registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR is against unknown, petitioner was apprehended in another case i.e. Laukaha P.S. Case No.48 of 2017 and he was implicated on the basis of confessional statement, except that there is no other material against the petitioner.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Md. Junul @ Md. Jainul Avedin is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
