The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sare P. S. Case No. 112 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 188, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Regard being had to the nature of injuries sustained by the informant Jitendra Kumar and one Gajendra Lal Upadhyay as also the order dated 12.01.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1453 of 2016 whereby two of the co-accused, namely, Dinesh Singh and Niwas Singh have already been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, in the event of arrest or

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2110 of 2016 (2) dt.18-01-2016 2/2 surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Nalanda at Biharsharif in Sare P. S. Case No. 112 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
