Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause of the writ petition does not survive as the Patna Municipal Corporation has already demolished the Kiosk No. 3, Maurya Lok Shopping-cum-Office Complex, Dakbunglow Road, P.S. Kotwali, Patna. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner stated that she may be permitted to make representation to the Patna Municipal Corporation for seeking compensation for the demolished structure.

Permission is granted to the petitioner to file the representation within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such representation being

Patna High Court CWJC No.15645 of 2019(2) dt.16-05-2023 2/2 made Corporation will decide the same within a period of eight weeks thereafter from its filing in accordance with law. With this direction this writ application is disposed off.
