The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the appeal of the petitioner is pending before the respondent no.4, hence the respondent no.4 should be directed to dispose of the same.

In view of the limited prayer of the petitioner, I direct the respondent no.4 to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today by a reasoned and speaking order.

The learned counsel for the respondents has drawn attention of the Court towards Clause -12 of the advertisement which shows that no appointment will be made if the matter is

In view of the aforesaid, till the appeal of the petitioner is decided, the said post of which the petitioner is a contender shall not be filled up.

The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
