2. Limited direction is to the petitioner to submit representation within a period of four weeks from 25.03.2022. Petitioner is stated to have submitted representation on 18.04.2022. Thereafter, the concerned authority has proceeded to pass order on 20.01.2024 after giving notice to the petitioner and petitioner has been heard.

3. Accordingly, the present MJC-contempt petition stands dropped reserving liberty to the petitioner to question the validity of compliance order dated 20.01.2024, if he is aggrieved.
