2. Following is the relief sought for in the present writ application:- (i) Quashing of the Notice to Show-Cause as contained in Letter No. 7958 dated 19.06.2026 (Annexure P/6) issued by the Engineer In-Chief

Patna High Court CWJC No.10756 of 2026(2) dt.22-07-2026 2/3 Cum Registering Authority whereby, the petitioner has been reminded to submit reply within 3-days, against the contemplated action of blacklisting for the allegation of failure to rectify the defects in the Maintenance Work of Bagen High School to Pokhraha Dalit Tola Road under MMGSY Scheme;

(ii) Quashing of the ex parte order bearing Memo No. 8379 dated 30.06.2026 (Annexure P/8) whereby petitioner's Registration No. 1200096 has been blacklisted for a period of 10years in terms of Rule 11 (ka) (vi) and Rule 11 (kha) (i) of the Bihar Contractors Registration Rules. 2007 for the allegation of failure to remove the ATR, sub-standard execution of the work along with allegation of financial irregularities;

(iii)Restraining the Respondent from giving effect to ex parte order bearing Memo No. 8379 dated 30.06.2026 during the pendency of the present writ application and/or the without the leave of this Hon'ble Court."

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the present writ application, the order of blacklisting contained in Memo No. 8379 dated 30.06.2026, issued by the Engineer-in-Chief, has been revoked by the competent authorities.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court is of the considered opinion that no further order is required to be passed in the matter as the same has become infructuous.

5. Accordingly, the present writ application stands disposed of as having become infructuous.
