In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with K. Nagar P.S. Case No. 413 of 2015 registered for offences under sections 498(A), 306 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is in custody since 11.09.2015. The lady who received burn injury submits that when her husband returned to the house, meal was served to him but according to him, the meal was not up to his mark and started abusing and assaulted her. On the next day in the morning without any cause the husband-petitioner abused and assaulted her very mercilessly thereupon she poured kerosene oil upon herself and lit herself. Afterthat, her brother-in-law (Dewar) tried to save her but

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49750 of 2015 (2) dt.05-11-2015 P2/2 later on, the lady died.

Looking into the nature of allegation against the petitioner this Court, for the present, is not inclined to grant bail to this petitioner.

However, liberty is given to renew his prayer after eight months of custody.
