The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bettiah (Town) P.S. Case No. 383 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 354(C), 354(D), 384 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 66(C), 66(E) of the I.T. Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, no occurrence as alleged in the F.I.R. has taken place rather the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. No cogent material has come during course of investigation against the petitioner nor any objectionable

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing his personal bond to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah (Town) P.S. Case No. 383 of 2020.
