2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 118(2), 109(1) and 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including this petitioner and 2 to 3 unknown miscreants made firing on the grand son of the informant.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Allegation of firing is against co-accused Vishal Kumar and there is no allegation of any overt act against this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Charge sheet has already been filed. Petitioner is in custody

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody of the petitioner, his prayer for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of District and Additional Sessions Judge II, Bhagalpur in Sessions Trial No. 350 of 2025.
