That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to make due Payment of Salary to the Petitioner with permissible interest as well as Penal Interest for the period, 01-03-2012 to 3006-2016, 01-01-2017 to 19-01-2017, 01-02-2017 to 31-03-2017, 03-04-2017 to 14-04-2017,

Patna High Court CWJC No.12883 of 2022(3) dt.23-04-2024 2/2 26-04-2017 to 13-05-2017, 01-07-2017 to 05-072017, 12-08-2017 to 09-09- 2017, which has been arbitrarily withheld without any rhyme and reason or probably due to Recalcitrance of the respondents as/or pass such any other order/orders for which the petitioner may be found entitled to."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Deputy Director, Planning and Development Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, i.e. the Respondent No. 3, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Respondent No. 3, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks, thereafter. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
