JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-01-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,149,341,323,307,504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that petitioner no. 1 abused the informant and on protest being made petitioner no. 2 assaulted with iron rod on the head of the informant when the brother of the informant came to rescue then petitioners and their associates assaulted.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are agnates of the informant and the informant and his brother received one injury simple in nature. Statement has

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Judge 4-cum-ACJM, Bhagalpur in Sanokhar (Amdanda) P.S.
