Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.1068 c/2015, G.R. No.7703 of 2015 registered for offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the learned court below has held the anticipatory bail application filed before him as not maintainable as non-bailable warrant has not yet been issued against the petitioners.
It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6276 of 2016 (3) dt.26-02-2016 2/2 petitioners that cognizance has been taken against them and they have apprehension of arrest any moment. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. However, the petitioners may move the court of Sessions Judge, Nalanda at Biharsharif within two weeks who will look into the matter afresh and pass necessary orders as per its own merit.
Until then, no coercive steps be taken against the petitioners in the aforesaid case in the meantime. This application stands disposed of accordingly. (Nilu Agrawal, J) N.H./- U T
