Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A), 506, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that the statement of the victim girl under Section 164 Cr.P.C. would reveal that she had voluntarily gone with the petitioner. The Medical Board has assessed her age as between 18-19 years. The victim has not alleged anything against the petitioner. In fact the matter is of love affairs.

Considering the substance in the aforesaid submission, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20583 of 2018 (2) dt.16-04-2018 Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Gobindganj (Malahi) Police Station Case No.242 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
