JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. (i) Order dated 23.10.2019, vide Memo No. 31-33/19-1989 issued by the learned District Magistrate, Jamui rejecting the show cause of petitioner which was sent through the circle Officer, Jamui and after that petitioner selection for the post of Anchal Amin has been cancelled and petitioner was dismissed from the post of Anchal Amin, Khaira, District-Jamui.
Patna High Court CWJC No.19056 of 2021(2) dt.13-03-2024 2/2 (ii) Due salary may be given to him since his selection/appointment till the dismissal from the service by the Respondent No. 3 i.e. the District Magistrate, Jamui, if any, due upon them."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
