2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections Section 30 (a) , 32, 34, 36, 41 (1) and 45 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2018.
3 . It is alleged that 37 liters of foreign liquor was recovered from the betel shop of this petitioner and one Exsan Sahni.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion . No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of petitioner and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51090 of 2025(2) dt.12-09-2025 2/2 has got no concern with the alleged occurrence . Charge sheet has already been submitted. Petitioner is in custody since 03.05.2025 .
5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case , period of custody and other circumstances of the case , prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive special Judge Excise Court No. 1 East Champaran Motihari in connection with Turkauliya P.
