ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner seeks extension of time earlier granted vide order dated 30.11.2015, for surrender in the Court below in connection with Complaint Case No. 1032(c) of 2014. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner due to some unforeseen circumstances could not surrender before the Court below within the time fixed by this Court and thus prayed for extension of time.

In view of the reasons referred in the modification application, the period for surrender is extended by another four weeks from today. Let the petitioner surrender before the Court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3290 of 2016 (2) dt.20-01-2016 below along with the Draft as stated in the impugned order within four weeks. Accordingly, the Modification Application stands disposed of.
