(iv). Learned counsel for the appellant is hereby directed to peruse the Co-ordinate Bench decision dated 21.03.2025 passed in LPA No. 571 of 2022 to the extent whether present appeal is similar to that of the aforesaid LPA No. 571 of 2022 or not and apprise on the next date of hearing.

(v). Relist this matter on 03.07.2025."

2. Today, learned counsel for the Appellant, on instruction, submitted that the present LPA is covered by order dated 21.03.2025, passed in LPA No. 571 of 2022.

3. Accordingly, the present LPA No. 440 of 2022 stands disposed of in terms of the order dated 21.03.2025, passed in LPA No. 571 of 2022.

4. Pending I.A.(s), if any, stands disposed.
