Case No.42 of 2010 registered under sections 366A and 363 of the Indian Penal Code. A supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no.1 in which it has been stated that after completion of investigation, the investigating officer has already submitted final form on 30th January, 2015 holding the case to be mistake of fact under sections 366A and 363 of the Indian Penal
