Case No.72 of 2018, by which the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance against the petitioners for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 308, 504 & 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has no instructions from his client regarding the stage of the case in the court below.
