ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 23-02-2016 The Petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 26.06.2014 passed by the 2nd Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in S.Tr. No. 419 of 2003 by which he has rejected an application under Section 228 Cr.P.C. I see no reason for interference since even if charge under Section 307 IPC is framed no prejudice would be caused to the Petitioners. The Application is dismissed. The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same positively within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party.

For which reason, the Trial Court is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for
