JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 26-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mushahri P.S. Case No. 88 of 2019 for the offence under Section 412 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B) a, 26 /35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against this petitioner is that on search one Deshi Katta was recovered from his possession. He further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 25.03.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 25.03.2019, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with
