ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 12-01-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner, counsel for the State and counsel for the University present. Petitioner is admittedly superannuated from the post of Assistant Clerk on 28.02.2018. It was directed vide order dated 02.11.2022 to pay the admissible dues of the petitioner. Counsel for the University submits that he has already filed counter affidavit in this case but a supplementary counter affidavit is also required in this case calculating all the dues for which petitioner is entitled.

In this background, I am disposing off this application

Patna High Court CWJC No.12928 of 2022(3) dt.12-01-2023 2/2 directing the Registrar of the University to assure the payment of all the retiral dues of the petitioner within six weeks from today, if not paid, he shall be subjected to contempt. With this direction, this writ application is disposed off.
