2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 237 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-147, 341, 323, 308, 379, 354(B), 504 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegedly, the accused persons named in FIR had assaulted the informant, for which, Bahera P.S. Case No. 176 of 2021 was registered. The accused persons were asking the informant to withdraw the said case and on refusal to obey the order of withdrawing the case, the accused persons abused the informant and her family members and in consequence thereof,

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there is land dispute between the parties. A number of cases have also been filed by the informant's side against the petitioners side, details whereof has been disclosed in supplementary affidavit. Further submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the cases, mentioned in paragraph-3 of the bail application, have been lodged by the members of informant side. The petitioners are in custody for more than one year.

5. Learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of incarceration, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-Ist, Benipur, Darbhanga in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 237 of 2022.
