In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with K. Nagar P.S. Case No. 541 of 2014 registered for offences under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation has been made against the petitioner to have caused fire arms injury in the leg of victim. The counsel for the petitioner submits that incident took place on account of land dispute.

Looking to the direct involvement of the petitioner with regard to causing fire arms injury to the victim, the petitioner does not deserve to be granted bail for the present. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. However,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48313 of 2015 (2) dt.03-11-2015 2/2 liberty is given to the petitioner to renew the prayer for bail after ten months of jail-custody.
