2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nathnagar (Madhusudanpur) P.S. Case No. 764 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

3. As per the allegation, the petitioner is said to have assaulted the injured persons.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 09.05.2023 he is quite innocent and has not committed any offence.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 37521 of 2021 dated 07.04.2022.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completing six months in custody and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. 1st Bhagalpur/concerned Court below in connection with Nathnagar (Madhusudanpur) P.S.
