2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 of the IPC in connection with Maker P.S. Case No.114 of 2015.

3. The Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, as the FIR is of the year 2015 and the petitioner at his leisure has approached this Court seeking anticipatory bail in the year 2024.

4. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is rejected.
