JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-03-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Karaiparsurai P.S.Case No. 44 of 2017 registered under Sections 25(1-b)(1-c) a, 26/35 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that a car was intercepted by the police from which a large number of arms and ammunitions were recovered and the accused persons including the petitioner, while trying to flee away, were apprehended by the police. Submission is that owner of the car is Rajiv Ranjan Kumar wherefrom recovery was made and Rajiv Ranjan Kumar and other similarly situated co-accused Munarik Bind and others have been admitted to bail by a co-ordinate Bench vide order dated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6578 of 2018 (4) dt.22-03-2018 2/2 20.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55343 of 2017 and vide order dated 15.01.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 2074 of 2018, and the petitioners are in custody since 30.04.2017.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely, Devan Mahto and Prakash Kumar are directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. District and Sessions Judge-III, Hilsa at Nalanda in connection with Karaiparsurai P.S.Case No. 44 of 2017.
