Learned counsel for the petitioners draws attention of this Court to the fact that the informant is the own sister of petitioner No 1 and aunt of petitioner No 2. There appears to be a family dispute.

Be that as it may, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioners abovenamed shall be released on bail on each of them furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30074 of 2014 (2) dt.14-01-2015 bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM, Barh in Mokama PS Case No 209 of 2013 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
