JUSTICE JITENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-10-2025 The present writ petition has been preferred seeking appropriate writ or order to the respondents - State authorities to give protection of life and property to the petitioner by taking legal and proper action against the private respondent Nos. 10 to 23.

2. However, at this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner points out that dispute has been already settled vide order dated 29.03.2022, passed by learned Land Reforms Deputy Collector, Masaurhi, Patna in B.L.D.R. Case No. 24 of 2021-22, which was filed by the petitioner against the private respondents herein. Hence, he is seeking permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take legal steps to enforce the order passed by learned D.C.L.R.

3. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to move learned D.C.L.R. for enforcement of the order and once such step is taken by the petitioner, learned D.C.L.R. would take legal steps as per law for enforcement of the order within reasonable time.
