This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The matter has been comprised between the parties. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Darbhanga in connection with Keoti P. S. Case No. 51 of 2014.
