JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI and HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI) Date: 20-11-2017 Dismissal of O.A. 370 of 2017 by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Patna Bench, Patna vide order dated 11.07.2017 is correct. The LARSGESS scheme is very specific. A maximum age has been prescribed within which the advantage should have been drawn. If the petitioner was serious about begetting the employment for one of his siblings he should have applied at 55 years of age giving enough opportunity to the Railways to take a decision. However, by waiting for the last date, petitioner lost that chance.
Patna High Court CWJC No.15425 of 2017 dt.20-11-2017 Writ has no merit. It is dismissed.
