2. This application has been filed for modification of order dated 18-04-2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 89745 of 2024, to extend the period of surrender and to furnish bail bonds.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner had been granted anticipatory bail on 18-04-2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 89745 of 2024 with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below within four weeks from such date, however, as the petitioner was working in Gujarat and due to some unavoidable circumstances, he could not surrender and execute the bail bonds before the Court below within the stipulated time.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the time to surrender and to execute the bail bonds be extended.

5. In that view of the matter, the modification application is allowed and the petitioner is granted further four weeks' time to surrender before the Court below and execute the bail bonds.

6. The order dated 18-04-2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 89745 of 2024 is modified to the above extent. (Sourendra Pandey, J) Jyoti/- U T
