This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 302, 448 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

This is a petition for bail in a case of misuse of privilege of bail. The petitioners were earlier granted bail but the bail bond of the petitioners was cancelled vide orders dated 02.07.2010 and 21.11.2012.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been arrested on 21.08.2015 and are in jail custody since 28.08.2015.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named are ordered to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51800 of 2015 (2) dt.10-11-2015 released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, 4th, Nawada in connection with B.P. No. 305/2010/36/15 corresponding to S.Tr. No. 305/2010/507/2014, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall appear in the case on each and every date fixed by the court below.
