The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Azamnagar P.S. Case No. 12 of 2019, registered under Section 498(a) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits that the matter has been compromised between the parties and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48493 of 2019(3) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 of the case, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Azamnagar P.S. Case No. 12 of 2019 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
