Let the petitioner surrender before CJM, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Adhaura P.S.Case No.40 of 2013 and pray for regular bail.

As soon as the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail, he shall be admitted to bail for one month. The Magistrate shall simultaneously issue a notice to the informant Sunita Devi and sent the same for service through the process serving establishment as also through the officer-in-charge of Adhaura police station at her address given in the FIR fixing a date for her appearance. The learned Magistrate shall explore the possibility of reconciliation between the parties and if he finds that the lady was not inclined for any good reasons to live with the petitioner, then he shall admit the petitioner to bail, else pass an appropriate order

If there be a need of adjournment so as to further exploring the possibility of reconciliation, the Magistrate shall be free to grant as many adjournments as he deems necessary in the circumstances of the case and shall leave no stone unturned to explore the possibility so as to putting the marriage on the right track.
