A third supplementary show cause is being filed today in which the opposite parties while informing that they have moved the Supreme Court in Special Leave Petition as against the judgment and order of this Court have also submitted at paragraph
Patna High Court MJC No.484 of 2017 (4) dt.18-10-2017 2/2 8 that the petitioner has been allowed to join the post in the office of the District Dairy Development, Aurangabad and at paragraph 11 have submitted that consequential benefits so allowed by this Court shall be paid subject to the outcome of the Special Leave Petition.
In view of the statements/undertakings so made by the opposite parties at paragraphs 8 and 11 of the supplementary show cause so filed today, the present contempt application is disposed of.
