The petitioner has been in custody since 25.10.2017 in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 335/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though he was not named in the First Information Report but, on the basis of confessional statement made before the police, which has no evidentiary value, the petitioner has been taken into custody for which there has been no T.I. Parade nor has any recovery been made from his conscious possession. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail
