The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Accusation is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that for the occurrence of 23.05.2015 the First Information Report was registered on 01.06.2015. In 164 Cr.P.C. statement the victim got her age recorded 16 years, the Court also assessed her aged 16. She has also stated that she
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2980 of 2016 (2) dt.19-01-2016 was abducted by Md. Jaffar Ansari. The victim has not named the petitioners. The petitioners have only been roped in the present case that they have the brothers, wife and sister-in-law of Md. Jaffar Ansari. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Jagdishpur P.S.
