JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-08-2019 This application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to opposite party Nos. 2 to 5, who happen to be Nanad, Nandosi, Mausi-sas and Debar of the petitioner, by learned Sessions Judge, Patna in ABP No. 2067 of 2019. The ground for cancellation is that there are allegations against the opposite parties also but they have been granted bail on the ground that there is general and omnibus allegation against them. Heard learned APP and perused the FIR, from which

No.47916 of 2019(2) dt.06-08-2019 2/2 it appears that there are some allegations against the mother-inlaw and Debar but most of the allegations are general and omnibus in nature and there is no allegation of misuse of privilege of bail by the opposite party Nos. 2 to 5. Considering the same, I find no ground to interfere with the order granting anticipatory bail to opposite party Nos. 2 to 5 by learned Sessions Judge vide order dated 16.3.2019 passed in ABP No. 2067 of 2019.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
