The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Yogapatti (Sanichari) P.S. Case No. 183/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the first wife of Prabhu Ram and because she was issue-less, Prabhu Ram had married with the deceased. It is further submitted that though deceased died within one year of marriage, there is no allegation of any demand of dowry by this petitioner and the deceased died on account of illness. Considering the facts and circumstances, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.
